Designed to spark curiosity and engagement, the video offers a light, friendly overview of what the Hub is, what kind of information lives there, and why it’s worth a visit. Linked from an internal updates email, it’s a cheerful nudge toward better connection and smarter resource-finding.

Cox Automotive Onboarding

The video introduces Cox Automotive’s streamlined Service Station portal, simplifying onboarding for new hires and contractors alike. By visually demonstrating the portal’s intuitive workflows, including role-based hardware and software bundles, shopping cart selections, and status tracking, the video empowers managers to quickly grasp and execute the onboarding process.

Break Room Video Training

For OfficeMax, our training team transformed the breakroom into a learning hub. What began as standard quarterly e-learning modules evolved into video content that resonated with busy retail employees. Designing concise, engaging videos enabled teams to combine their break time meetings with essential training—making every minute count.

The videos aligned seamlessly with the quarterly and monthly safety posters displayed in the breakroom's communication center, creating an integrated approach that turned team meetings into opportunities for meaningful workplace safety discussions.

Break Room Video Training

Contributing to the development of Winners’ loss prevention video training was a fulfilling opportunity to help associates strengthen their skills and reduce shrink effectively. I was involved in creating engaging monthly video content that aligned with the broader communication center, which included posters and written quiz cards to reinforce learning.

These concise, actionable videos focused on shoplifting prevention, damage reduction, and loss recovery, empowering associates with practical techniques like customer service strategies and proper merchandise handling. By combining clear training with interactive components, the program supported a culture of accountability and success across stores.

Toyota New Hire

Touchscreen Learning Module

1 Year: Video, Touchscreen, and iPad App

As the introductory module in a series of immersive 4K touchscreen learning experiences I developed for Toyota’s new hire training at their upcoming Toyota Battery Manufacturing, North Carolina (TBMNC) facility, Welcome & Safety Overview set the tone for a culture of safety and responsibility. This module familiarized new hires with the facility’s basic safety principles and practices while underscoring Toyota’s unwavering commitment to a safe and productive work environment.Designed with engaging visuals and interactivity, the module used 4K touchscreen displays powered by mini PCs to deliver an impactful learning experience. By providing critical safety insights from day one, it ensured employees were well-prepared to navigate their new roles safely and confidently.

Grainger Learning Activity

As part of a larger learning module I produced for a multi-year, quarterly learning campaign, this interactive activity transforms workplace policy training into an engaging, visual exploration game. Employees are challenged to uncover hidden workplace infractions through a hover-and-reveal mechanic. By reimagining what could have been a dry compliance presentation, this seek-and-find experience leverages visual learning techniques to capture adult learners' attention and reinforce workplace guidelines in a memorable, participatory format.

INTERNAL Communication: PRINT

This comprehensive two-year, multi-media training campaign featured bilingual learning modules in English and Spanish, and educational pamphlets with accompanying quizzes. Participants could complete the quiz through a dial-in option, providing flexible learning opportunities. Quarterly learning modules were also produced in both languages.

I designed a versatile 5x4-foot communication centre for REI’s sales team, combining durability and visual appeal to foster accountability and growth. Divided into four sections—team metrics, company values, educational topics, and event tracking—it provides clear, updated insights into sales goals, shrink targets, and team performance. Crafted from durable, matte polypropylene, this poster system aligns with REI’s outdoorsy brand while serving as a dynamic tool to inspire collaboration, celebrate achievements, and reinforce the company’s mission and culture.

This Maple Leaf Foods video tackles global food sustainability challenges with engaging 2-D infographic animation, integrating their brand style and cut-ins of on-site footage we filmed. Using clear, animated graphics and compassionate messaging, it highlights feeding a growing population as an opportunity for innovative corporate leadership focused on nutrition, environmental stewardship, and social responsibility.

Sales Aid

This Primus sales video, crafted for sales staff to share with potential clients and featured at Costco locations, transforms the potentially dry topic of network infrastructure into an engaging, metaphor-driven narrative that positions their managed network solution as a revolutionary "private highway" for business connectivity. Created through meticulous storyboarding and animated design, this video leverages educational design principles to translate technical information into an accessible, memorable experience.

I crafted this video to help viewers understand the importance of tackling debt before retirement. It explains practical strategies, such as increasing payments, cutting unnecessary expenses, reducing credit cards, and even downsizing, to achieve financial freedom in retirement. By emphasizing how every dollar put toward debt reduction today can pave the way for a secure tomorrow, this video empowers individuals to take control of their financial future.
